We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Frames must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. We want you to love your Ottavio frames — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Email us at support@ottavioeyewear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and full instructions. Exchanges for a different frame or colour are always welcome.

Returns within North America are free — we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Every Ottavio frame is quality-checked before it leaves us. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, email us immediately at support@ottavioeyewear.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge, no questions asked.

Each product page lists the lens width, bridge width, and temple arm length in millimetres. As a guide: if you currently own glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm — those are your sizing reference. Our frames range from 52mm to 58mm lens width, suiting most face sizes comfortably.

Oval face: Almost any frame works — you're fortunate.
Round face: Angular frames like our Nero Quadro or Milano Nero add definition.
Square face: Rounder or oval frames like the Bianca or Lusso soften a strong jawline.

Use the microfibre cloth included with your frames to clean lenses — never use paper towels, tissues, or clothing as these can scratch the lens coating. For a deeper clean, apply a small amount of lens cleaning spray or mild soap with lukewarm water, rinse gently, and dry with the cloth.

Always store your frames in the Ottavio case provided when not in use. Avoid leaving frames in direct sunlight for extended periods or in high-heat environments such as a car dashboard — prolonged heat can warp acetate frames over time.

Avoid exposure to solvents, perfumes, and harsh chemicals as these can damage the acetate finish and lens coatings. Do not place frames face-down on hard surfaces. Remove frames with both hands when possible to maintain hinge balance over time.

All Ottavio frames carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers hinge failure, frame delamination, and lens coating defects under normal use.
