How to Submit a Return

Go to the U.S. or International Returns Portal.

Find your order (by Order Number or Email Address).

Select the item(s) for return.

Submit your return request.

A Client Service Representative will contact you with your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return shipping label.

Optionally, exchange for new item(s) immediately with Instant Credit™ (if eligible).

Send back the original item(s) using the prepaid return shipping label.

Return Policy
This Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to customers (“you”) in the United States who purchased Ottavio Eyewear products from Ottavio Eyewear, Inc. (“Ottavio”) through the online store at ottavioeyewear.com.

Returns are only accepted if the original security tag is still attached to the frame. Returns without the security tag will be refused.

Items purchased from ottavioeyewear.com may be returned for a refund or exchange in accordance with this Policy.

All returns must be delivered via FEDEX or DHL with the appropriate shipping label within 15 days of the original delivery date. Items shipped after 15 days will be returned to sender, and no refund will be issued.

Only items purchased online from ottavioeyewear.com can be returned to Ottavio. Items purchased from our physical stores or other retailers cannot be returned online.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns can be initiated through the Returns Portal or by contacting Client Service.
Important Notes

Customized items such as non-stock lenses (e.g., tinted, custom-cut, laser etched) cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns must include the supplied return label; returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in like-new, resalable condition, including all accessories (cases, cleaning cloths, tags, temple sleeves, boxes, booklets, etc.).

Items should be shipped in the original outer shipping carton with the original foam packing. If unavailable, use a strong substitute carton and protective materials suitable for fragile items.

Include a photocopy of the invoice that accompanied your shipment, clearly write your RMA# on top, and retain a record of your FEDEX or DHL tracking number.

Ottavio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this Policy. Nonconforming returns will be sent back to the sender with a $25 return shipping charge.
