All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Please Note: All orders now require Adult Signature upon delivery to help reduce package theft and fraud.

International Shipping

Import Duties and Taxes:
Your order includes applicable import duties and taxes (including VAT). Additional duties or taxes may apply depending on your destination country. Ottavio Eyewear is not responsible for these charges—they are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Status
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Our carriers are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns are accepted up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused, the security tag is still attached, and it is in its original condition.

Refunds will include the full order amount minus return shipping costs.
